Personality is a point of differentiation no one can copy. Fucking true, Yaro Starak. It is the same thing with brands. If you give your brand a unique personality, it will be much harder to copy. People buy their perception of your brand, not what your brand actually stands for.

So you can’t really tell people that you are a certain way as a company, you will actually have to be that way.

If you are what you say you are in an original way, you will be at least a little bit interesting.

And that’s the first step of telling people they should choose you in front of your competitors without shouting it to them.
