Here´s a follow up post on the text that I wrote about SOPA last week. This time I am leaning against one of my favorite writer – Clay Shirky.
There is one sentence that especially grabs my heart in this video.
“You can’t share until you show us that you are not sharing something we don’t like.”
This world is so fucking corrupt by the desire of money and success. If some people want to dedicate their life to making as much money as possible, so be it. I don’t care. But I do care when their greedy asses is starting to interfere with how I want to live my life. And I do care when they think they have the right to strangle a world that is better for everyone just because they want more of their green heroine.
If you have not yet seen Shirky´s TED video you should. Long live freedom.
